VBS:   Coordinators are Jackie Bucks and Cindy Pugh.  Will be held on July 26 through July 30, 2010.  Curriculum has been picked up and is in the process of being reviewed.

Sunday School
Children:  Worship and music like the idea of a S.S. Sunday.  We are looking at May 9th for this.  Children will help with greeting, handing out bulletins, readings, offering, communion (telling the people when it is time to go) and even the children’s service.  We will be doing this at both services.  Cindy will contact Judy Gifford, Sue Hartney and the office staff so every adult involved that day will know what is going on.

We will be starting our Lenten promises for our Lenten cross and we are awaiting anxiously the arrival of our little guests.  The tadpoles.  SHH it’s a surprise for the kids.

Sr High:  Rich Saffron is in the process of getting some curriculum together in hopes that this might get a few more adults involved to help cover leadership with this group of kids.  He did get some material on 12 Lessons on Jesus life – Bible stories.  Nikki Moore has offered her services to help Rich contact people.

Adult:  Herb and Judy Gifford are leading the group through Lent.

CAT class:  They have one more Thursday night class to complete.  Prayer and Spirituality day is coming up.  The second year class will be making their stoles on this day.
New Business:
Brad Smith:  in an attempt to get more people in church involved he wanted to know if our committee needed help with anything.  Things that people can do at home or maybe share with the kids one Sunday.  We will let him know.

Communion Classes:  March 14, 21, and 28.  The 14th and 21st are one hour classes, the 28th is 2 ½ hours long.  Pastor Moore will check with PJ to see if she got anyone to teach the class.  If not we will be looking for teachers.

Pathway to Youth:  A protocol on how things should be handled if a problem arises with a youth at Church.  Karin Jagiela offered to go through this and create a protocol to be reviewed at next meeting.
