Feb. 21st – David and Kandy Lang are running a Mardi Gras Party

March 31st.  The Hoffman’s are having the kids cook and serve dinner to their parents

April – an EASTER EVENT

Jan. 31st was a Family Movie night there were 31 youth and 13 adults watching Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs and enjoying popcorn and other snacks.

JYG:  Jan.  Went snow tubing 21 people attended

Feb. 28th 10 youth and 2 adults are going to St. Paul’s in Allentown to make and serve breakfast to the needy.

March:  Going to Kids Peace followed by an activity night at our church with a possible Lock –in.  Date and details to follow.

Class room:  we are going to have the youth run some of the classes with Doug’s guidance.

JYG AND SYG are looking into having a Movie night called Dinner and a Movie serving Hot Dogs and Mac and cheese followed by a movie.  Details to follow

SYG:  Divo Dine  Feb 3rd at Mason Millers – they will be meeting in the FLC on Wed nights during Lent

Jordan Lutheran – A lock-in on Feb. 21 with 13 area Lutheran churches 5 of our youth and one adult will be attending.

Youth needed to help collect loud offering.

Harrisburg:  we will be sending 20 youth and 5 adults in Aug.  They will be getting together for a few meeting to find out what is excepted of them  Rich Saffron and Tracey Smith will be in charge of that.

Fundraising for event :

Italian Dinner – May 15th ticket sales May 2nd and 9th

Carwash – June 26th rain date July 10th

Friendly’s – May 17th

Five Below – before Easter   date to be announced

M.O.P.S – asked JYG to babysit for their Mom and Pop dinner dance

Coffee and conversation – Youth Ministries in hosting on April 25th we will ask all youth to bring in something.  Melissa will make coffee and Ben will set up and clean up.  We will get some youth to help him.
