Opening Prayer – Pastor Moore

Directory – Mike from Christmas City will do a temple talk on March 21st and start setting up appts.  Family pictures will start being taken April 26 thru May 8th.  Schedule will be week days 3:30 – 9:00 Saturdays 9 – 5 and Sunday 12 – 6.  We have a few questions for Mike.  Lisa will call him.  Nikki and Lori will coordinate the directory set up and activity pages.

Advent book – committee agreed this is a good idea that was brought to us by Helene last month.  Helene will get this up and running

God’s Walk – We have no new scripts submitted.  Please try to ask around to get people to volunteer

Art Gallery – No new offers – please ask around

Carenotes – We will order new carenotes in April with the youth when it is Youth visits.  We will let them choose.

Lutheran Caf̩ РWe will put this on the back burner until the fall.

Question from committee? – who makes contact with congregation when someone isn’t at church for a while?  In relation to Stephens Ministries we will be putting something in the yellow bulletin about keeping an eye on your friends, neighbors and family.

April 25th is the new member’s reception all council members are asked to attend. (9:00 FLC).  Going into your April meetings if you cannot attend PLEASE appoint somebody from your committee to attend. Thank – you
