VBS:  There are about 40 children signed up at this time.

Sets are being made at Jordon Lutheran to be shared with them and another church.

Teacher training is on June 13th.

At this time they are $750.00 over budget.

Sunday School:

Children:  We are in need of teachers for classes, Christmas program, and Parent and Me.  Recruiting is beginning.

Worship and Music offered to help us with Sunday School Sunday.  They would like a brief letter stating what our intent is for this .  A letter has been drafted and will be given to W & M for their help.  We would like to do this twice a year.

New curriculum will be ordered for the Fall.  We will be using the Sparks series.  It is a two year rotation and all about Bible stories.

We are looking into the end of S.S. being the week before Confirmation.  On May 31st we had 5 students, 1 in Pat Moore’s class and 7 in the other adult class.  Not sure of the number for June 6th, but not too many there.

Sr High Discussion:  They are looking into doing a “Lit Mag” where students can show off their talents.  Write a story, poem, something on music, anything like this.

Adult:  Sue Sell has been working hard on getting info for curriculum, discussion series and speakers.  She already has volunteers to help lead discussions.

CAT classes:  Pastor Ginny stated that she has not sat down with Pastor Moore yet to go through this with him yet.  Looks like confirmation will be late next year, June 12th?

Confirmation reunion:  This is still in discussion.  We need to look to see if this is something the Fellowship Committee should be doing since it is more of social event then a learning experience.  If we do decide to take this on then we need to be involved from the very beginning.  It was also brought up that maybe this should be held on confirmation so that the new confirmation students can meet past students.
